- Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain fixed asset listings
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with audit preparation and tax compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team
