We are looking for a Staff Accountant in either our Sheldon, Iowa or Sioux Falls, South Dakota office.
As a Staff Accountant, you will play an important role in helping clients achieve their financial and business goals. Working alongside experienced accounting professionals, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of accounting, tax, and/or advisory engagements while continuing to develop your technical expertise and professional judgment.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful client work, collaborate with a supportive team, and build strong relationships both internally and externally. As your skills grow, you will be trusted with increasingly complex assignments and encouraged to contribute ideas that improve processes and deliver exceptional client service.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and review financial information that helps clients make confident business decisions.
- Participate in audit, accounting, and tax engagements for privately held businesses, nonprofits, and individuals.
- Develop meaningful client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
- Take ownership of assignments and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on client success.
