Full-Time | Salaried | Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm
Pay Range: (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs and materials that address the specific needs of the organization.
  • Conduct and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Maintain and update the LMS, ensuring all training records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Manage onboarding and training programs ensuring compliance across all departments and positions.
  • Prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure all employee training programs comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Work a clinical floor shift weekly working hands on with nursing staff and residents.
  • Administer nursing care as per the care plan and physician orders using proper techniques.
  • Support the facility’s commitment to safe practices, infection control, and respect for residents’ rights.
  • Review daily logs and visit notes of staff to ensure appropriate intervention based on the care plan and monitor documentation for accuracy.
  • Serve as an active member of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurses License issued by the State of South Dakota.
  • Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians and staff in varying capacities.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a learning and development role or similar capacity preferred.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred, senior living experience given preference.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Creativity in designing engaging and effective training programs.
