ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES- Provide coverage for student lunch periods and supervise lunch detention as needed.
- Support classroom instruction by assisting teachers with large class sizes or specific student needs throughout the school day.
- Serve as an active member of the building's behavioral support team, contributing to the review and analysis of behavioral data.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement new strategies for supporting student behavior and engagement.
- Offer in-class support to students and staff to reinforce positive behavior and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
PAY INFORMATIONThe pay for this position is either the daily sub rate of $160 per day without benefits OR $20 per hours with access to benefits/retirement.
HOURS & FTEMonday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm OR 8:55 am to 5:15 pm
1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 9 months
