Job Description
We are seeking a Sterile Processing [SP] Surgical Technologist responsible for ensuring surgical instruments and equipment are properly decontaminated, assembled, sterilized, maintained, and available to support safe and efficient surgical care. Leveraging advanced knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation, this role serves as a liaison between Sterile Processing and the Operating Room, helping to optimize instrument readiness, inventory management, preference card accuracy, staff education, and quality improvement initiatives. The SP Surgical Technologist collaborates closely with providers, Surgical Technologists, OR RNs, and leadership to support daily operations and exceptional patient outcomes.

Our vibrant Operating Room (OR) department, boasts 15 innovative OR suites catering to a wide array of specialties including orthopedic, spine, ear, nose, throat, urology, general surgery, and more. SCHEDULES
- Flexible daytime schedules working Monday - Friday.
- Five 8-hour shifts within 8:00AM-5:30PM or Four 10-hour shifts within 8:00AM-6:30PM
- NO WEEKENDS. NO ON-CALL. NO HOLIDAYS.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program required.
- Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
- BLS certification required; may be obtained upon hire.
- Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
- Sterile Processing experience and/or CRCST certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, aseptic technique, and sterilization processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
