We aren't just looking for a numbers expert; we’re looking for a strategic partner to help anchor our local office and elevate our client experience.

The Role: Leading with Purpose
In this newly created position, you’ll serve as the bridge between high-level financial strategy and exceptional service delivery. You’ll use your senior-level expertise to guide a talented team, ensuring every deliverable meets the Limestone standard of excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Mentor: Coach a dedicated team of accountants, fostering an environment of continuous learning and high-quality communication.
Strategic Advisory: Go beyond the ledger. You’ll present financial reports, analyze cash flow, and provide the insights clients need to make big business decisions.
Quality Assurance: Manage deadlines and perform final reviews on deliverables to ensure "Limestone-level" accuracy.
Market Development: Be the face of Limestone in Yankton. You’ll develop local business relationships and help grow our brand within the community.
Operational Excellence: Stay hands-on with internal systems and client work to keep operations running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a self-driven professional who balances technical "know-how" with the "people-person" skills required to lead.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
Leadership: A natural ability to organize, communicate, and inspire a team toward a common goal.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, committed to client success, and eager to contribute to company-wide initiatives.
