Epicosity, a full-service marketing agency located in Sioux Falls, SD, is looking to expand our strategy & insights team with the addition of a Strategy & Insights Coordinator.

The Strategy & Insights Coordinator plays a key role in transforming research, performance data, and audience behavior into actionable marketing insights that guide client strategy. This position connects marketing analytics, strategic planning, and content/channel understanding.
This position will support the Director of Strategy & Insights by owning core insight-gathering processes, developing reporting narratives, preparing strategy deck foundations, and contributing early-stage strategy recommendations that help shape smarter marketing decisions for our clients.
This is a perfect role for someone with 1–3 years of marketing, analytics, or strategy experience who is ready to move beyond execution and into true strategic thinking.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting & Performance Insights
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for assigned clients.
- Pull and analyze performance data from media, agency platforms, and other sources.
- Identify trends and patterns in performance, creative, and messaging that can inform campaign optimization.
- Write clear, concise insight summaries and partner with Media on optimization recommendations.
- Build charts, visualizations, and narrative-driven slide decks for internal and client-facing presentations.
Research & Insights
- Support the development of quantitative and qualitative research by organizing and preparing documentation for the Director of Strategy & Insights.
- Assist in client research by becoming familiar with and using marketing insights and research tools to pull market, audience, or brand information.
- Help prepare client research documents, workshop materials, and client strategy decks. Document interviews, focus groups, meetings from strategic sessions and overall assist with research findings.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of insights and research products.
Marketing Strategy Support
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify marketing opportunities, clarify goals, and support the development of insight-driven strategies.
- Serve as a primary client contact for ongoing strategic initiatives by preparing insights, drafting recommendations, and maintaining strategic documentation.
- Develop the first draft of strategic inputs, which would include audience insights, competitive observations, channel implications, and preliminary recommendations for review by the Director of Strategy & Insights.
- Support annual strategic planning with oversight by the Director of Strategy & Insights
- Translate insights into actionable direction for content, creative, and media teams, ensuring strategic alignment across departments.
- Monitor client performance trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive shifts, proactively sharing insights that inform ongoing optimization and strategy evolution.
