Join Our Team as a Student Success Coach!

Are you passionate about helping students succeed academically and behaviorally? Do you have experience working with youth and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Teachwell Solutions in Sioux Falls, SD as a Student Success Coach with our Teachwell McCrossan program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administering pre- and post-testing in math and reading
• Supporting students engaged in online credit recovery learning by supervising learning, ensuring they are meeting progress targets, and implementing modifications as needed
• Promoting academic engagement in face-to-face classrooms by providing additional supports for student learning and behavior management

Benefits:

Teachwell offers a full range of benefits, including affordable health insurance and participation in the South Dakota State Retirement System. This is a year-round position working 7:30-3:30 Monday-Friday with holiday breaks. Base pay is $22/hr with additional pay based on experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
