We’re now hiring a Subway Supervisor—an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces variety, and loves that no two days are ever the same.
In this role, you’ll help drive operational success by maintaining revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations while leading with energy and excellence, keeping production high, service top-notch, and guests coming back for more.
Here’s what you’ll get to do:
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Manage inventory and purchases food and supplies.
- Conducts daily inspection of Subway area and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Attention to equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.
- Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.

- Proven management experience in a restaurant and Subway experience is a plus.
