Supply Chain Analyst / Sr Operations

COMPANY PROFILE:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of custom, semi-custom, and standard industrial and commercial products. Their facility specializes in heavy-duty welding operations and produces larger, more customized products.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • No Direct Reports
  • Assist to improve processes in the plants with planning, forecasting, pricing, warehousing. ERP improvements.
  • Lead analysis and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, and streamline logistics operations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
  • Support process standardization and automation initiatives to enhance operational scalability.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain and operations processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across key business areas.
• Apply advanced planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Utilize ERP and analytical tools to configure systems, generate insights, and support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align production, demand, and capacity planning with strategic goals.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on process excellence and operational results.
