Location: Windom, MN
Pay range: $40.50 - $54.70/hr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Windom Area Health is seeking a Surgery Lead (RN) to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the surgery department. This role serves as the primary resource for surgery staff, coordinating and delegating clinical and operational activities to ensure safe, effective patient care. Responsibilities include supporting clinical care delivery, monitoring patient outcomes, and leading performance improvement efforts. At least 2–3 years of acute care and circulating RN surgery experience required. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. This is a union position with two years of proven healthcare leadership preferred. Candidates must hold current Minnesota RN licensure, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. TNCC or CALS is required upon hire. Work hours will vary, often mirroring clinic hours versus surgery hours.
