Pay range: $39.52 - $53.37/hr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Windom Area Health is seeking a skilled and patient-focused RN to join our Surgery Department. This position is responsible for providing high-quality perioperative nursing care, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care. Candidates must be graduates of an approved RN program (Bachelor’s degree and NLN accreditation preferred) with at least six months of intraoperative experience as a circulating nurse, preferably in orthopedics, gynecology, general surgery, or ophthalmology. Current Minnesota RN licensure is required, with BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS obtained within six months of hire. Strong communication, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with knowledge of age-appropriate patient care across the lifespan; EPIC experience is preferred. This position works 8-hour weekday shifts, 32 hours a week, with rotating on-call coverage and requires flexibility to support surgery, procedures, outreach, clinic, and occasional ER trauma coverage.
