Compensation: $20–$25/hr (DOE)
Are you passionate about agriculture, data, and driving meaningful impact? Join our FarmStats team as a Swine Production Flow Manager and support producers by coordinating pig flow, maintaining forecasting accuracy, and providing data-driven insights that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate wean-to-market pig flow with precision
- Maintain accurate production flow schedules and market forecasting
- Analyze, interpret, and present data in a clear, professional manner
- Build and strengthen relationships with producers
- Evaluate the economic impact of swine production decisions
- Utilize knowledge of livestock marketing and commodity risk concepts
- Understand basic statistical design and analysis for performance data
- Participate in producer meetings (occasional early mornings/evenings)
What You Bring
- Degree in Animal Science, Ag Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office—especially Excel
- Experience in agriculture, swine production, or logistics preferred, not required
- Customer service experience and livestock familiarity are a plus
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
