PIPESTONE is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, people-focused Swine Resource Representative to support our mission of delivering exceptional service to swine producers. What You’ll Do
As a Swine Resource Representative, you’ll be a key player in helping producers succeed every day. You will:
- Work directly with swine producers to provide product support and industry expertise
- Deliver economically smart solutions that enhance customer experience
- Coordinate product and supply deliveries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide accurate, detail-focused service daily
- Lead projects and collaborate across teams
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Offer livestock industry and supply chain knowledge
- Support team communication and unity
- Assist in the warehouse by picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed
Position Requirements
Education:
- Associate’s degree in animal science or related field preferred (experience also considered)
Experience:
- 2+ years in agriculture or customer-focused roles preferred
Work Environment:
- High-energy, fast-paced office environment
- Team-focused culture with strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit 8–10 hours/day
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to participate in meetings as needed
Additional:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
