JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Manager for Employee Relations serves as a strategic partner and subject-matter expert in fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace. This role oversees key employee relations programs and leads initiatives that support organizational culture, employee well-being, and effective labor-management relationships. The Talent Manager provides guidance to leaders and employees, ensures consistent application of policies, and manages assigned workforce programs with a focus on fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business or public administration, or related field with at least five (5) years of human resource management experience, program administration, and/or managerial capacity; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. Experience in specific position description areas; i.e., labor relations and/or employment, is desirable.
