The Reemployment Assistance Division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Tax Program Representative. This role involves conducting investigations and enforcing compliance with state laws, rules, and regulations related to the Reemployment Assistance Program. Core responsibilities include:
- Establishing new employer accounts.
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of quarterly wage reports and state taxes.
- Investigating discrepancies in wages and earnings, including following up on tips or leads.
- Communicating directly with employers to gather information and ensure compliance.
- Participating in collection processes to recover payments due.

The Ideal Candidate: Will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of:

This position is eligible for Veterans' Preference per ARSD 55:10:02:08.
