Full-Time | Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Some weekends as required

What You'll Do:
The Team?&?Resource?Coordinator is a key member of the Independent Living and Home Health team, providing support to the Director of Resident Services in coordinating care and services for Dow Rummel Village Independent Living residents and Home Health clients. The position will assist with daily operations of the program, training and supporting team members and collaborating with leadership to provide residents with the services and support they need.  
 
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resident care plans, documentation, and supply needs
  • Support onboarding, training, and scheduling for Home?Health team members
  • Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff—building strong relationships
  • On-call support to team members and client programs on a scheduled basis
  • Schedule staff to meet the needs of the organization and resident services
  • Provide medication-management support and personal-care services as needed

  • SD Medication Aide certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 with assistance from Dow Rummel)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Talent for juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to pull up to 60 lbs, lift up to 50 lbs, and carry up to 15 lbs
  • Passion for advocating resident rights and delivering compassionate, dignified care
