Job Description
If you are a technician with high standards for customer service, this is the job for you! The Technical Support Analyst will work to ensure end-user computer systems and software are maintained and a high level of service and support is delivered. This role will be responsible for application administration and primary-level system administration, ensuring seamless functionality and user support within the organization.
This position will be based out of our Sioux Falls, SD office location.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of help desk, system administration and/or business application or related experience required
- Fluent with navigating Windows 10
- Must be able to work on laptops/desktops and their components
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent communication skills and effective organizational and time management skills
- Must be very detailed oriented
- Working knowledge of RDP, VPN, Switches, Routers, AD, Exchange is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in technology or related field is preferred
