What you will doThe primary responsibilities of the
Technology Support and Asset Coordinator include:
- Overseeing technology related inventory;
- Coordinating the office surplus processes
- Supporting internal staff with technology needs
- Managing technology onboarding and offboarding procedures; and
- Ensuring accuracy in equipment tracking, smooth transitions for staff, and consistent technical support across the organization.
This position also works closely with these stakeholders:
- Administration team members
- Department of Revenue employees
- Bureau of Information and Technology
What you needOur ideal candidate has:
- Knowledge of basic IT support, device set up, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with computer and software inventory management or asset tracking.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with IT, HR, and administrative teams.
- Attention to detail and comfort working with internal systems and technology platforms.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
