Pay Range
- $17.55–$18.00/hour for candidates without teller experience (we will fully train the right person!)
- Up to $19.50+/hour for candidates with direct teller experience
- $2.00/hour shift differential for Saturdays (tellers generally work a 3.5 hour shift every 2nd to 3rd Saturday)
- This role is Full-Time (40 hours/week).

What You’ll Do
- Greet members warmly and assist with day-to-day transactions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances accurately
- Balance and maintain your cash drawer in accordance with Credit Union procedures
- Process wires, transfers, ACH paperwork, and negotiable documents
- Answer member’s questions in person and over the phone
- Identify opportunities to better serve members through additional products and services
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Support daily branch operations and collaborate with teammates
Who You Are
- At least 18 years old with
- A valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Teller or financial institution experience is a plus—but not required
- Friendly, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Schedule
- Monday–Friday as early as 7:45am or as late as 5:45pm
- Rotating Saturdays from 9:15am to 12:45om
