SYNLawn Mountain West is the locally owned and operated distributor of SYNLawn® products in South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. As part of the nation's leading manufacturer of artificial grass, we bring world-class synthetic turf solutions to our local communities - with a focus on innovative, environmentally responsible systems and expert installation.
We are hiring a Territory Sales & Installation Lead to manage projects and grow regional sales in South Dakota with a focus on development in the Sioux Falls and greater east river territory of South Dakota. This hands-on hybrid role includes client communication, turf installation, and business development. Ideal candidates are motivated, organized, and enjoy working both independently and on-site in dynamic environments.
This is a full time salaried position with base + profit sharing salary. Paid holidays and time off.
Job Requirements
- Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Sioux Falls, SD area
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout South Dakota and occasionally across our other territories
- Prior experience in sales, construction, landscaping, or project management strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently from estimation to completion
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to perform manual labor including repeatedly lifting over 50lbs
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and physically demanding conditions
- Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment like skid steers, compactors, and power tools
- Competent with technology including email, spreadsheets, mobile apps, digital measurement tools and basic CRM usage
- Willingness to perform both hands-on fieldwork and administrative/sales tasks
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing priorities with minimal oversight
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some overnight travel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
