Outpatient Therapist (SAMHSA)

Would you like to Provide outpatient counseling in our hybrid model clinic, which offers both in-person and telehealth services? We are looking for a full time Outpatient Therapist, hours typically Monday – Friday with potential of some evening hours.
Requirements: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related human service field and a minimum of two years related work experience or an equivalent combination. If not licensed, must be eligible to work toward LPC, LPC-MH, MSW-PIP, or LMFT licensure.
Primary responsibilities for an Outpatient Therapist (SAMHSA):
- Participate in staffing with consultation with psychiatrist(s)/psychologist(s).
- Provide individual and group therapy services to adults, children/adolescents, families and couples in outpatient clinic setting, including through virtual services. Assess clinically sound diagnoses and develop culturally appropriate, evidence-based treatment plan.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with referral sources in the community.
- Complete thorough and timely documentation of client services and activities for each client including progress notes, intakes, treatment plans, discharges, reports related to services.
