This full-time role is essential in designing, delivering, and refining training programs that support our operational goals and our commitment to exceptional member service. You’ll collaborate with supervisors and departments across the organization, ensuring staff receive consistent, high-quality training from day one and throughout their careers.

What You’ll Do
As our Training Coordinator, you’ll:
Lead new hire training and deliver task-specific sessions, both in-person and virtually.
Develop engaging training materials and keep them current with policies, technology, and best practices.
Partner with supervisors on coaching, performance improvement, and employee development.
Support recruitment and promotional processes through evaluations and training plans.
Foster a positive, learner-focused environment that promotes growth, confidence, and skill development.
Provide on-site training and occasionally lend a hand in branches to stay connected to front-line operations.
Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Who You Are
Front-line teller experience required and other financial institution experience a big plus.
Experienced in training, teaching, mentoring and/or coaching, preferably within a financial institution.
Skilled at using up-to-date methods and technology to deliver impactful training.
A clear communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver who thrives in a team environment.
Ready to travel regularly in the Rapid City/Box Elder area and occasionally to Custer, Hill City, and rarely Winner.
Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or higher preferred.
2+ year's experience working as a member facing, front line, teller.
Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or teaching.
Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
Position Details
Job Title: Training Coordinator
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Starting Pay: $50,960.00 - $58,240.00 DOE
Start Date: Immediate hire
Location: In-office, with required travel to branch locations
