Are you someone who enjoys helping others learn, grow, and succeed? As a Training Specialist , you'll design and deliver learning experiences that build confidence, skills, and real-world capability across the Driver Licensing team.

What You'll Do
  • Design and deliver engaging training using a variety of methods.
  • Develop new courses and update existing materials.
  • Assess learning needs and tailor training to your audience.
  • Coordinate training sessions for new teammates and existing.
  • Track outcomes and maintain training records.
  • Update, track and maintain forms, communications, training materials, manuals etc.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous knowledge and expertise in training and the development of a training program.
  • Knowledge of various training software and programs.
  • Skill to develop training platforms and development paths within the department.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and to have a passion for connecting with and training others.
