Job Description
Southern Plains Behavioral Health Services is seeking a full-time Transportation Aide to provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for clients throughout the communities served by SPBHS. This position will help ensure clients can safely get to and from designated locations while also providing general reception and phone support when needed.
Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Pick up and return clients to their homes or designated locations.
- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation.
- Communicate with clients about pickup times and transportation needs.
- Keep the agency vehicle clean and in good condition.
- Complete mileage logs, vehicle checks, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow SPBHS requirements.
- Help with reception and phone coverage when needed.
- Full-time role
This position will serve clients throughout Tripp, Todd, Gregory, and Mellette Counties and may require travel between communities and SPBHS locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
