All About Travel, Inc., a locally owned full-service travel agency founded in 1997, is looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our growing team. This role provides vital support to our office by answering phones and assisting our Travel Agents and Consultants.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

*Answering and transferring calls using a multi-line phone system
*Providing administrative support to office staff
*Assisting clients by phone and email
*Managing client payments and invoicing
*Developing efficient workflows for team use
*Demonstrating a desire to learn all aspects of the travel business
*Communicating effectively in fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
*Performing light office cleaning as needed.

Job Requirements

*Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
*Ability to prioritize assignments, manage interruptions, and meet deadlines
*Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
*Commitment to consistently delivering excellent customer service
*Proficiency with basic math and intermediate MS Office tools; familiarity with MS Windows applications
*Experience collaborating on team problem-solving
*Dependable, punctual, honest, and reliable

A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is highly desired.

This is an hourly employment-at-will position with unlimited growth potential. Full time employees are eligible for group health, dental, and vision benefits, pretax retirement plan with match and PTO after probationary requirements are fulfilled.

Competitive hourly wage is based on skills and experience. This is an entry level position. Please include your salary requirements.

Standard work hours 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday plus one or two Saturdays per month in our busy season.

This position is not eligible for remote work locations or work from home.
