NOW HIRING: TRUCK WASH LEAD — BURLINGTON, CO
PIPESTONE is looking for a motivated Truck Wash Lead to guide our wash bay team and help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently!

What You’ll Do
- As our Truck Wash Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading daily activity in the wash bay
- Setting and maintaining rotation for wash bay tasks
- Covering power washer rotations during breaks
- Ensuring proper start-up and shutdown of all wash bays
- Training Level I and Level II Power Washers
- Driving trucks in/out of wash bay
- Completing supply orders & daily wash logs
- Performing minor repairs on hoses, equipment, and trailers
- Inspecting trailers to meet biosecurity standards
- Parking trailers as needed
- Collaborating with management to ensure accurate wash scheduling
- Operating pressure washers, flush hoses, and soap systems
- Sweeping, squeegeeing, and general clean-up
- Removing/replacing trailer decking
- Loading/unloading washer & dryer and folding towels/clothing
- Moving soap barrels with a dolly
- Reporting any truck/trailer damage
What You’ll Need
- High school education
- Must be a Level II Power Washer in good standing for at least 6 months
- Ability to work in wet, damp, loud, and outdoor conditions
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8–10 hours, lift up to 50–100 lbs (with assistance), and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Ability to pass MVR background check
- CDL preferred (not required)
