Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles
- Build relationships with new, repeat, and referral customers
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Present vehicle options, features, and pricing clearly and professionally
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying experience
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive dealership success
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident closing ability and customer-facing presence
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
