JOB SUMMARY:

Join our growing family as a Warehouse Operations Manager in our Fridley, MN Distribution Center! If you are customer-focused, hands-on, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment then this is the opportunity for you!
  • Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, Sun 9:30 AM -6:00PM
  • Direct and lead the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor, scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment
  • Managing distribution, warehousing, and shipping processes to meet operational goals.
  • This role is pivotal in the logistics, inventory, and supply chain network
  • Drives profitability by ensuring deliveries and processes are done in an efficient and cost- effective manner
  • Provides exemplary internal & external customer service
  • Ensures adherence to operational and regulatory standards
  • Staffs, coaches and develops team members
  • Proactively identifies, supports, and implements company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics
  • Other duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to lift in excess of 100 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be personable, with good customer service skills. Must be reliable as to attendance, not being tardy and performing work on a timely basis.
  • Some computer skills necessary.
  • Upon job offer, must be able to pass DOT physical
  • A CDL is NOT required for this position
