Job Description
Ron’s Repair, Inc. is a diesel parts and service shop that has been in business for 35 years located in Worthington, MN. We are currently searching for TWO Warehouse / Receivers to work in our warehouse.
Job Duties:
Ensures cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.
Accepts delivery of products.
Counts and confirms products delivered with packing slip and invoice.
- Receives delivered parts on receiving register after inspection of parts and compares with packing slip and invoice.
- Inspects inventory for damage and faults.
- Stores inventory in accessible manner.
- Assists in loading and unloading trucks.
- Communicates and works directly with Purchaser or Parts Salesman on the status of all products.
- Collaborate with the Purchaser or Parts Salesman to resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Conduct regular inventory counts.
- Coordinates with suppliers and carriers for timely deliveries.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
Ron’s Repair, Inc. offers the following:
- $25.00 per hour, depending on experience level
- Overtime pay after 40 hours
- Work week Monday - Friday

Proficient in using warehouse management systems or inventory software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills along with basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy. Forklift and other material-handling equipment experience is preferred.
