Job Responsibilities

  • Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing throughout facility.
  • Moving materials, tools, equipment, etc. from receiving areas to warehouse or other designated areas, lifting 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, product code, etc.
  • Ensure warehouses are accessible and safe for all authorized personnel.
  • Stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral and depth perception.
  • Drive motor vehicles with manual or automatic transmissions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated MSDS information for all products within the facility.
  • Maintain current running inventory and communicate ordering needs to company purchasers.
