We’re seeking a skilled Web Developer who can independently manage projects, contribute to technical strategy, and mentor junior team members.
Role Overview
As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in developing, and optimizing websites, landing pages, and automation-integrated platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and operations to deliver scalable, high-conversion solutions.
This role is ideal for a developer ready to move beyond entry-level work and take ownership of technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites
- Build custom landing pages, funnels, and client portals
- Implement CRM, API, and automation integrations
- Optimize sites for speed, SEO, and conversion performance
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deployments
- Collaborate with designers and strategists on architecture
- Maintain documentation and technical standards
- Support ongoing website security and updates

For the technical screening test, we will provide three photoshop layouts of home pages, the candidate will choose one and code up a working WordPress theme to match the provided photoshop document. The candidate will have 24 hours to complete their code before submitting for review. Candidate can share their code in whatever way suits them best (packaged up zip file, temporary link, etc).
