Webb Roller Machine Operator - Manufacturing

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $19 per hour + Night shift differential

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 4:00pm - 2:30am

Overtime as needed

Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Overtime Eligible)

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Operate the Webb roller machine to form metal components
  • Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and specifications are met
  • Read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


What We’re Looking For

  • Manufacturing experience preferred (rolling/forming experience a plus)
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup
  • Ability to read blueprints and accurately read a tape measure
  • Basic math skills (including fractions)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Dependable and team-oriented
