We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Website Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team on a commission-only basis. As a Website Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business by selling our custom website solutions to businesses looking to enhance their online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients interested in developing or redesigning their websites.
- Understand client needs and present tailored website solutions that address their business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the digital or website industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. For every website you sell, you'll earn $1,000. Additionally, there are opportunities to earn extra commissions through the cross-sale of services such as social media content creation, SEO optimization, and app development. If you're a high performer, the potential for earnings is substantial.

Job Requirements
Proven track record in sales, ideally within the digital marketing or website development industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in negotiation and closing deals
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple, business-focused terms
Background in client relationship management and consultative sales is preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Capable of identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential clients for website design/redesign services
Comfortable conducting virtual or in-person sales presentations
Able to cross-sell additional services (e.g., SEO, social media content, app development)
Committed to meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
Must be comfortable working in a commission-only structure
Ability to work remotely with flexible scheduling
Reliable internet connection and communication tools for remote outreach
Willingness to learn and stay updated on web industry trends and service offerings
