Schedule
Monday-Thursday
3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Overtime as required
Pay
$21-$30 per hour (depending on experience) + 12.5% night shift differential
Benefits
What You’ll Do
Perform basic welding using MIG, TIG, or stick welding processes
Follow blueprints, work orders, and machine drawings
Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, positioning, and cleaning parts
Inspect completed welds for quality, alignment, and penetration
Select proper welding equipment, filler materials, and machine settings
Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions as needed
Remove excess weld, slag, and spatter using appropriate tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Record production activities and job information accurately
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Participate in training and skill development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Welding certificate or technical training preferred
Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG welding preferred
Ability to read basic blueprints and use measurement tools preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus
