ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Your responsibilities would include final cleaning to get the apartment clean before a tenant moves in. In addition, you would be responsible to clean common areas including vacuuming, dusting, washing windows, washing walls, and removing trash in hallways and community spaces. Lastly, you would be responsible for the curb appeal of the complex.

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Cleaning/Grounds Technician is responsible for assisting the site personnel in performing all duties and functions 

required for efficient operation of the apartment and townhome communities. This position will report to the Site 

Manager. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES 

•  Proven success working independently.

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

Employees must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
