Our Sioux Falls, SD office currently has an opening for a Sales / Business Development Representative. As a Sales / Business Development Representative, you will primarily work within the Sioux Falls market and secondarily in Eastern South Dakota, Northwest Iowa, and Southwest Minnesota. Your job will be to connect with and learn about local businesses, their staffing needs, and to present Express services that can add value to their recruiting, screening, and hiring efforts.

1. Ability to connect and earn the trust of your internal team, clients, and prospective clients
2. The ability to develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plan
3. The ability to maintain organization, efficiency, and effectiveness in all that you do
4. Proficiency with current technology and the ability to quickly adapt to changing technology
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to address and overcome objections
6. Prior history of success in sales, preferably business-to-business sales
7. Most importantly, you must be competitive and driven to win…hate to lose or disappoint
