HVACR Training Specialist, $70K to $90K

Job Description

I. What is the opportunity?

Are you a skilled HVACR Technician, who likes to train coworkers and is ready to move from field work to a training role? We are recruiting regional Training Specialists, HVACR to join the team of leading national distributor of HVACR products. Available markets to reside include Sioux Falls or Rapid City, SD, Casper, WY, and Milwaukee, WI.

II. How will you spend your time?

1. Conduct scheduled regional training in the classroom or on a job site within the region you are assigned.
2. Develop training material individually, and in conjunction with other trainers.
3. Attending vendor training.

 III. We are excited about you if you have the following?

1. Work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
2. 5+ yrs. of current HVACR Technician experience (required), 10+ yrs. (referred).
3. Prior training and supervisory experience (preferred).
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. (required).
5. Excellent listening and English communication skills.
6. Valid driver's license, with a clean and insurable driving record.
7. Full physical ability to meet the varying demands of the job.

 IV. What do you get in return?

1. Work Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, M-F
2. Compensation: $70K to $90K, plus commission based on training fees earned.

6. Relocation assistance is negotiable.
7. Ability to represent and work with an industry leader in the HVACR distribution industry.
