Metal Finisher and Assembler ($19 to $25 hr.)

Job Description

I. What is the opportunity?

Interested in working for an employee-focused, steel fabricator with a state-of-the-art facility and equipment? We are hiring Metal Finishers and Assemblers to join the team of such a Company.

II. How will you spend your time?

1. Finish precision welded parts with grinders, sanders, and polishers.
2. Assemble finished parts per work plans and within quality standards.
3. Move, organize, and stage materials utilizing large industrial forklifts and overhead cranes.
4. Prepare finished product for shipping.

 III. We are excited about you if you have the following?

• 1. A work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
  2. Meaningful relevant experience, preferably in the heavy manufacturing industry.
  3. Proficient use and application of grinders, sanders, and polishers.
  4. Strong attention to detail and quality.
  5. Good English communication skills.
  6. Full physical abilities (strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.

 IV. What do you get in return?

1. 1. Work schedule 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, (45-hour work week).
   2. Starting Compensation: $19 to $25 hr., plus benefits.
   3. Work in a state-of-the-art fabrication facility.
   4. Opportunities for advancement to finish and robotic weld cells.
