The Role: Receptionist/Office Clerk As our Receptionist/Office Clerk, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warm Welcome: Answering multi-line phones and ensuring every caller feels valued.
- Efficient Administration: Typing, data entry, and assisting residents at the front desk.
- Financial Coordination: Preparing rent invoices, receiving resident payments, and handling vendor invoices.
- Maintenance Support: Receiving and entering work orders.
- Effective Communication: Operating our in-house communication channel.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in office administration.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks (preferred, but training will be provided).
- Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
