Recruiting Assistant/Specialist

Job Description

I. What is the opportunity? 

If you have strong communication and customer service skills, like helping others this position may be for you. We are hiring a Recruiting Assistant/Specialist to join the local team of one of the top 5 Staffing Agencies in North America. Our local office has a small, close-knit team that strives for excellence in matching job seekers and client businesses for long-term job success.

II. How will you spend your time? 

1. Manage office and phone traffic.
2. Assist recruiters with job postings.
3. Conduct the first screening of job applications.
4. Contact qualified applicants for an initial phone interview.
5. Schedule Recruiter interviews and onboarding.
6. Assist recruiters with applicant testing.
7. Other duties as assigned.

IV. What do you get in return?

1. Work Schedule: PT or FT Schedule between the hours of 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
2. Starting Compensation: $18 to $21 hr., possible premium for bilingual

4. Benefits (FT Employees): Health Care Allowance, 401K with 4% match vested from the day of the match, liberal holiday schedule, and PTO.
